Public Speaking Procedure Packet for Multi-County Coordinator

The contests for 4th-8th grades are held by county and multi-county levels only.

A public speaking score card is used on county and multi-county levels:

4-H Public Speaking Score Card (4th-8th grade) (Use a different color paper for each grade level when duplicating this form.)
