Installing headset and Testing System

• Refer to Installing Headset to Computer sheet for headset connection (PDF format)
• Before your first E-Meeting on each computer, run the System Check.

1. Open Internet Explorer.  Go to the following URL  http://www.liveonline.utk.edu/SiteRoots/main/index.jhtml?default=true&domain=/em
2. At the top of the page, click the System Check hotspot
3. A check of your system, Internet connection and audio test will occur. You may need to press and hold the CTRL key when clicking on some of the buttons throughout the check.
   
   
   When you reach the last screen, mark the radio button for Headset mode (screen shot below).
